Lucy Nickels Rhett joined Nickels Wealth back in 2011, and her ties to the firm run deep—she’s the daughter of founder Leroy Nickels. In her role as Director of Operations, Lucy keeps everything on track and running smoothly while helping clients have a great experience. She has a Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University, is licensed for life, accident, and health insurance in Mississippi, and is also a notary. Lucy’s hands-on with making sure financial plans get into action, always guiding clients with her friendly and upbeat style.

Outside of the office, Lucy stays busy in her community and is an active member of Fairview Baptist Church. She and her husband, Chris, are kept on their toes by their four daughters, who are into dance, travel soccer, and gymnastics. Lucy loves being involved in their activities and making the most of family time together.
